Compliance Inspector

CAMS (Community Association Management Services) is one of the fastest-growing community association management companies in the southeastern US. We are seeking an experienced full-time Community Compliance Inspector to conduct property inspections and manage Violations for a portfolio of associations in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas.

The Community Compliance Inspector performs driven inspections of all areas in communities to ensure the Governing documents are being complied with. As an inspector, you are responsible for communicating and monitoring infractions of the deed restrictions. Inspectors must have excellent organizational and observational skills, attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, knowledge of Association governing documents, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and must be comfortable with using tablet software.

Responsibilities

• Inspector will work inside and outside of the office.
• Drive throughout the community and inspect the property and common areas. (Inspecting the common areas may include exiting the vehicle). 
• Investigate any complaints and respond as directed. 
• Note and record all new violations and update the status of existing violations.
• Maintain data and Update violations via a tablet or smart phone or computer. 
• Communicate with the manager, other employees or clients.
• Produce Reports as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
