Noir Well Health is a growing, patient-centered primary care practice in Brooklyn seeking a Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for a clinician seeking a predictable schedule, supportive environment, and long-term professional growth.

Schedule
4 days per week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (on-site)
Hours: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM
Weekends off
Holidays off

Compensation
$130,000 total annual compensation
Total compensation is non-negotiable

Requirements
Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
New York licensure required
Completion of minimum 3,600 clinical practice hours
Active malpractice insurance required
Eligible for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
Comfortable providing care to children and adults
Comfortable conducting basic gynecologic exams, including Pap smears
Provides contraceptive counseling and birth control education
Spanish-speaking a plus
