Job Summary

The Production Associate is responsible for assembling and producing automotive interior components, including headliners and car door parts. This role involves hands-on assembly, machine operation, inspection, and material handling in a clean, organized, and temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

·Assemble automotive headliners and car door components

·Lift and remove headliners, car door foam inserts, and shells from machines

·Tape and glue wiring and foam components according to work instructions

·Cut sunroof access openings in foam materials

·Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications

·Stack and organize completed products for further processing or shipment

·Operate basic production machinery, including pressing buttons to apply foam and hanging core pieces on racks

·Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

Tools & Equipment

·Production and gluing machines

·Racks and fixtures for hanging and stacking parts

·Basic hand tools used in assembly and inspection processes

Physical Requirements

·Standing and walking for most of the shift

·Frequent lifting, carrying, handling, and reaching

·Repetitive motions and hand-eye coordination required

·Ability to perform light to medium physical work consistently

Work Environment

·Indoor manufacturing facility

·Clean, organized, and temperature-controlled environment

·Low noise levels and minimal exposure to hazards
