Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving materials, picking and shipping orders for customers.
• Assist with warehouse tasks: Inventory Management, Processing of Receipts, Picking, Put-Away and other assigned tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Conduct inventory counts to maintain accurate inventory.
• Operate the following equipment safely and efficiently
• Sit down Forklift
• Cherry/Order Picker
• Electric Walkie
• Turret Truck
• Assist the shop team in building kits.
• Maintaining a well-organized workspace.
• Perform functional and visual checks of material.
• 5s (housekeeping and safety)
• Must be able to operate a scanner.
• Must be able to print and pull a floor order.
• Meet production standards.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years of Warehouse Associate experience in receiving materials, pulling and shipping orders for customers and in leading or mentoring others.
• Must have a Good Driving Record with Valid Driver’s License
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in operating computer systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs and stand on your feet for 8 hours
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures.
• Ability to work overtime including weekends as required.

Position:  Full-time, in-person

Work Hours:  7AM-3:30PM, Monday-Friday

Hourly Pay:  $16.50-23.00 Depending on Experience
