Rate: $34-$35/hr. (based on experience) 
Shift: Full-Time, weekdays

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee unit operations, ensuring exceptional resident care.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and infection control standards.

Requirements:

• Active RN license 
• Leadership experience or a desire to advance into a leadership role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
