We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members to become a part of our Dash In team where the adventure begins with a starting wage of $15.50 per hour. And that's not all – you can add another $1 per hour premium for overnight shifts to spice things up!

Your Daily Dash In Adventure

As a Team Member at Dash In, you'll be at the heart of the action, providing top-notch customer service, whipping up tasty treats, and keeping our store in tip-top shape. Here's what your day-to-day looks like:

Culinary Delights: Prepare delicious food that meets safety and quality standards – your creations will leave taste buds singing!
Guest Connection: Engage with guests at our Made to Order (MTO) service area, suggesting meal upgrades to boost sales.
Kitchen Maestro: Operate a variety of food service equipment like a pro, while ensuring the kitchen stays squeaky clean.
Stock Star: Maintain stock levels, restocking shelves, and keeping the place looking fresh.
Lifting Pro: Flex those muscles and use proper lifting techniques to handle various items – from soft drink containers to ice.

What You'll Bring to the Table

Kitchen Know-How: A year of kitchen or line cook experience would be great.
Customer Service Spark: You must have at least 1 year prior customer service experience – making our guests smile is our top priority!
Leadership Lift: Supervisory experience is a bonus – we love team leaders.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
Education Enthusiasm: A high school diploma/GED is preferred, or you can enroll in our company-paid GED completion program.
Background Check: Ability to complete a background and drug screen, if provided an offer – we want to ensure a safe and friendly work environment.
