What You’ll Do
- Park and retrieve vehicles while maintaining a secure and organized key system
- Greet residents and guests with professionalism; assist with carts, packages, and call-ahead vehicles
- Respect resident vehicles and preferences, ensuring care and attention at all times
- Monitor garage flow and security, including rounds, camera checks, and guest access protocols
- Support maintenance/janitorial needs such as trash/recycling prep, small cleanups, and minor maintenance tasks
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the garage, valet area, and equipment
- A professional, customer-service focused demeanor with clear, respectful communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
- A clean, polished appearance and reliable attendance
- Willingness to assist with light maintenance or janitorial tasks as needed
- Commitment to security and safety in all aspects of the role
- A willingness and ability to be on-call, work off-shifts and weekends as needed.
