- Must have a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience as a Registered Nurse \n
- Experience with Impella, ECHMO and balloon pumps will be required \n
- Sign on bonus $10000 if eligible \n
- Relocation up to $10000 if eligible \n
Practices autonomously in accordance with professional nursing standards and departmental protocols, assessing, interpreting, and reporting diagnostic data relative to patient age and condition.
\nAdministers and calculates medications, monitoring patient responses according to protocols.
\nConducts comprehensive patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
\nProvides emergency care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
\nTransports patients safely, remaining alert to hazards and using radio communications effectively.
\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
\n • Ability to effectively deliver patient care while in transport via the confined spaces and unique environment of specialty care ambulance, rotor wing aircraft, and fixed wing aircraft.
\n • Critical care nursing knowledge.
\n • Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate Microsoft Windows based programs.
\n • Must be able to use a high level of abstract reasoning to assess patients, evaluate interventions, and revise the plan of care according to patient outcomes.
\n • Familiarity with Cerner is preferred.
\n • Transport Nursing experience is preferred.
\n • Certifications in ACLS, PALS, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are required.

\n • Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
