Support Staff/Supervision: Supervision ratio 1:4,1:3, or 1:2, depending on the complexity of cases that day
Case Mix: All cases, high-acuity, general bread and butter, ortho, endo, vascular, heads, hearts
Care Team Model: Type of Anes Model medically directed
Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 weeks
Active License: PA License; Active License required
Certifications: ACLS + BLS & PA Child Abuse requirement for license
