LPN - Skilled Nursing

2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. | Full-Time | Every other weekend

You’ll:
\n • Administer medications and treatments
\n • Provide daily resident care with dignity
\n • Monitor changes and respond clinically
\n • Collaborate with a supportive care team

Pay & Incentives:
\n • $27.12 - $37.22/hr base
\n • +$5.50/hr evening differential
\n • +$7.00/hr weekend differential
\n • Sign-On Bonus: Position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500, subject to terms, conditions, and change.

Requirements:
\n Active NY LPN license required; BLS preferred. We’re looking for a dependable, compassionate, team-focused nurse—LTC experience is helpful but not required.
