Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist licensure
- Minimum of 1-2 years recent OT experience in school settings
- Knowledge of tailored interventions and IEP procedures
- Strong communication and report writing abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ functional needs and develop individualized intervention plans
- Implement direct and consultative therapy services on campus
- Monitor and document progress toward goals; adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and reports
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, ensuring compliance with district and state guidelines
- Educate and support teachers, staff, and families as an accessible OT resource
