Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We’re seeking two enthusiastic, full-time professionals for the 2026-2027 school year. Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist licensure
  • Minimum of 1-2 years recent OT experience in school settings
  • Knowledge of tailored interventions and IEP procedures
  • Strong communication and report writing abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ functional needs and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Implement direct and consultative therapy services on campus
  • Monitor and document progress toward goals; adjust interventions as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and reports
  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, ensuring compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Educate and support teachers, staff, and families as an accessible OT resource
