Accounting Software Customer Support - REMOTE

Assist QuickBooks customers with questions about QuickBooks Online Advanced, Payroll and Payments. In this role, you’ll provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and help customers navigate the platform to find the right solutions.

Call types can include:

1. Software functionality and navigation
2. Account management
3. QuickBooks Online Payments
4. Payroll support
5. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
6. Guidance on relevant QuickBooks products (cross-selling when applicable)
