Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active Kentucky State Occupational Therapy license required to start the position
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in outpatient settings, with a focus on hand therapy
- Interest in treating primarily hand conditions and willingness to pursue Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential preferred
