Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Kentucky State OT license is required to start the position.
- Experience in outpatient settings with a focus on hand therapy.
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred. Candidates interested in pursuing CHT will be considered.
- Experience treating primarily hand and upper-extremity conditions.
- BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
