Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active Kentucky Occupational Therapy license required to start the position
- BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in outpatient settings, with a primary focus on hand therapy
- Preference for clinicians pursuing or holding Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential
- Available to work a full-time, 40-hour per week daytime schedule
