We're seeking a hard-working, dependable Handyman/Repair Technician to perform hands-on carpentry, repairs, and wildlife exclusion work on residential homes. This role involves physical, outdoor work—climbing ladders, accessing attics and crawlspaces, installing vent covers and screening, and completing structural repairs to protect homes from wildlife entry.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Performing carpentry and repair work to seal and secure homes
• Installing screening, vent covers, chimney caps, flashing, and protective barriers
• Repairing soffits, fascia, roof edges, and foundation gaps
• Working in attics, crawlspaces, on roofs, and on ladders
• Inspecting homes to identify structural vulnerabilities and entry points
• Installing one-way doors and exclusion devices (full training provided)

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in handyman work, carpentry, construction, or roofing
• Comfortable with heights, tight spaces, and hands-on outdoor labor
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality workmanship

Job Specifics:

1. Enter/exit structures, crawl spaces, climb over and on top of structures, ascend and descend stairs/ladders
2. Read and understand reports, instructions, and training materials, take pictures and document work performed
3. Utilize OSHA-mandated personal protective equipment
4. Perform inspections and identify repair needs
5. Utilize ladders, hand tools, and power tools
6. Tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, seasonal weather, damp and dusty locations
7. Educate clients on repair work and explain solutions
8. Advise clients of structural conditions that need attention
9. Interface with supervisors regarding project completion
10. Interface with the quality control department when needed for training
