Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager to support the delivery of high-impact initiatives from planning through execution. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to help keep projects on track—supporting timelines, scope, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business and client expectations.

You’ll work closely with IT and technical teams, contributing to the development and implementation of solutions that deliver real value, particularly across the following areas:

• IT & Enterprise Service Management
• Automation & DevOps
• Observability
• Data & Analytics
• Cloud Infrastructure & Platforms
• Cybersecurity
  

Responsibilities

• Lead small-scale projects and contribute across all phases of the project lifecycle
• Support other Project Managers, as needed, on larger scale programs
• Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables; create and maintain project plans
• Monitor project activities, risks, issues, and deliverables; review project documentation and provide timely status updates and progress reports to ensure business needs are met
• Develop and maintain key project artefacts, including reporting and communication plans
• Communicate project status, potential risks, and issues to key stakeholders, project sponsors, and teams
• Support the implementation and management of change initiatives to meet project outputs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in an IT/ICT environment, in roles such as software developer, technical project manager, engineering lead, or technical team lead
• Strong time management, prioritization, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent planning and organizational capabilities
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum or ITIL are considered a strong advantage
• Fluency in both written and spoken Greek and English
