SVS Group is currently looking to hire 10 Experienced Mortgage Loan Underwriters for one of our best Clients in Jacksonville, FL. These positions are Direct Hire they are not contract. Our Client is looking for Mortgage Loan Underwriters to work in their office in Jacksonville, FL. These are not Remote. Job Description:

• You will be doing mostly Conventional Mortgage Loan Underwriting using DU/LP
• You will have typical Mortgage Loan Underwriting job duties
• If you have your DE or SARS please apply as well as this is an added bonus
• You will be working a normal 1st Shift position in the office in Jacksonville, FL.

Conventional Mortgage Loan Underwriter

Requirements:

• You must have at least 3+ years of Mortgage Loan Underwriting experience and at least 1+ years of recent Mortgage Loan Underwriting Experience
• We are looking for Conventional Underwriters but are happy with all types of Frontline (Purchases) Underwriters
• DE & SARS Underwriters are an added bonus and we might be able to get you more money.
• You must be open to working in the office in Jacksonville, FL. Monday - Friday on 1st shift plus overtime as needed
• You must get along well with others and take direction well.
