This established hospital system is expanding its Urology services following the retirement of a long-tenured physician, giving you the chance to become an integral part of the community with the stability and resources of an employed model.

Position Highlights:

• 100% General Urology (Endo & Female Urology welcomed)
• Hospital-employed with guaranteed OR block time
• 4 clinic days / 1 OR day per week
• No robotics, no trauma call
• APP support in clinic (Monday-Friday)
• Predictable call (10-14 days/month; compensation negotiable)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: 750,200 + RVU production
• 100k Sign On Bonus!
• Relocation assistance: 10K
• 4 weeks PTO + 1 week CME (3,000 allowance)
• Malpractice covered (tort state)
