- Join a respected concierge practice with a patient-first, relationship-driven model
- Average of 5 to 6 patients per day, with tele-visits incorporated as needed
- Supported by a dedicated team including one RN, one MA, and front office staff
- Light call schedule with a 1:4 rotation
- Practice structure designed to support continuity and personalized care
- Flexible scheduling tailored to physician preferences and work-life balance
- Primarily an outpatient clinic with occasional inpatient rounding
- Minimal weekend responsibilities
- Telemedicine options available for added flexibility
- Year one base salary of $250,000 with bonus potential up to $50,000
- Long-term earning potential exceeding $500,000 as panel size matures

- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
