The Line Cook (Seasonal) plays a critical role in the culinary team by preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment during peak seasons. The Line Cook will be responsible for managing multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining consistency and presentation standards. Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work standing for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the seasonal period.
Preferred Qualifications:
