We at EMPRO Staffing are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team at Cobble Hill Health Center in Brooklyn, NY.

Available Shift:

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay Rate:

• $43/hour

Requirements:

• Must be an experienced LPN
• No new graduates
• Must be able to commit to every other weekend

If this location is not the right fit, we also partner with multiple nursing homes throughout Brooklyn and Long Island, offering a variety of shifts and schedules. We are happy to help you find the best match for your availability and career goals.

Hourly Rate: $43

Pay Period: Sunday to Saturday

Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Thursday via Direct Deposit

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine procedures.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Document patient care activities and communicate changes in patient status to the nursing team.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.

Requirements

• Completed practical nursing program from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
