Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, a passion for leadership, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead, train, and develop a team of staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, addressing concerns promptly, and implementing feedback.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability through strategic planning and effective resource allocation.
- Marketing & Community Engagement: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and actively engage with the local community to enhance the restaurant’s presence.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure efficient stock management.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, sales data, and operational metrics to inform decision-making and improve performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a related field, preferably in a quick service setting.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial reports.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
