Location: Commack, Suffolk County, NY
Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week (school-day hours)

Dragonfly Cares is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team. This role offers a consistent 30-hour weekly schedule, ideal for BCBAs who want meaningful school-based work, stability, and work-life balance - with the option to pick up additional cases if desired.

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Oversee and adjust ABA interventions to ensure student progress

• Provide training and consultation to school staff on ABA best practices

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

• Supervise and support Behavioral Technicians/RBTs

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Active BCBA certification; LBA required or in process

• Minimum 1 year BCBA experience (school-based preferred)

• Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration skills

• Consistent ~30 hours/week - reliable schedule & income
