• Salary Range: $67,073 – $85,569 (Depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities

As an Emergency RN, you will manage the delivery of patient care through the full nursing process in a high-volume department (28,000+ annual visits).

• Assessment & Triage: Lead the interview, assessment, and triage process for incoming patients.
• Critical Intervention: Implement life-saving interventions and stabilize patients in a Level III Trauma environment.
• Care Planning: Develop and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of specialists.
• Quality Standards: Uphold the highest standards of care as dictated by Medicare, the State of Arizona, and the Joint Commission.

Requirements

• Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.
• Licensure: Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Experience: 1–2 years of nursing experience required.
• Availability: Must be able to work Night Shift exclusively.
