Key Responsibilities
As an Emergency RN, you will manage the delivery of patient care through the full nursing process in a high-volume department (28,000+ annual visits).
- Assessment & Triage: Lead the interview, assessment, and triage process for incoming patients.
- Critical Intervention: Implement life-saving interventions and stabilize patients in a Level III Trauma environment.
- Care Planning: Develop and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of specialists.
- Quality Standards: Uphold the highest standards of care as dictated by Medicare, the State of Arizona, and the Joint Commission.
Requirements
- Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.
- Licensure: Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Experience: 1–2 years of nursing experience required.
- Availability: Must be able to work Night Shift exclusively.
