Lead Treatment Coordinator – Premier Orthodontic Practice | Green Valley Orthodontics

Green Valley Orthodontics is growing and we’re looking for a warm, confident, emotionally intelligent Treatment Coordinator to guide our patients through a concierge-level journey from first hello to treatment start.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every new patient with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality
  
  
• Own the full-circle new patient experience — from initial contact to treatment start and beyond
  
  
• Build trust and connection while clearly communicating treatment value and outcomes
  
  
• Present financial options in a supportive, professional, and confidence-building way
  
  
• Coordinate logistics smoothly and proactively (scheduling, follow-ups, communication, etc.)
  
  
• Support a fast-moving, growth-oriented team with positive energy and professionalism
  
  
• Deliver concierge-style service that makes patients feel cared for, heard, and valued
