Job Summary

The Goddess Collection is seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive Personal Assistant to provide seamless support to our Founder & CEO. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities with grace, and ensures that every detail — personal, professional, and household — runs smoothly.

The right candidate will embody exceptional follow-through, serving as a trusted extension of the Founder & CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for the Founder & CEO’s personal and professional schedule.
  • Anticipate needs, manage priorities, and ensure the Founder’s daily schedule runs with efficiency and ease.
  • Handle personal errands, travel arrangements, and special requests with confidentiality and care.
  • Liaise with staff (Household Manager, Nanny, Chef, and Operations Team) to maintain seamless communication across personal and business matters.
  • Manage appointments, event planning, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Organize household operations, inventory, and vendor communications as needed.
  • Prepare reports, meeting summaries, and project updates when required.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, respect, and confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Chief of Staff supporting senior leadership or high-profile individuals.
  • Professional demeanor with a warm, humble personality.
  • Go-getter mindset — anticipates needs, takes initiative, and solves problems creatively.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Strong discretion, loyalty, and emotional intelligence.
  • Professional presentation and reliability at all times.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean background check, and flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends as needed).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in luxury hospitality, executive support, or private household settings.
  • Tech-savvy with calendar, communication, and organizational tools (Google Suite, Gusto, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
