Billing Coordinator

firstPRO 360 is seeking an Billing Coordinator for an immediate role in Atlanta, GA. This individual will be responsible for preparing and tracking all billing payments, preparing monthly statements, maintaining accurate records and reporting, as well as responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues as needed. Prior experience on Great Plains, SAP or similar ERP system is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing, sending, processing and tracking billing payments
• Following our company's guidelines and billing procedures
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues as needed
• Keeping accurate records in our system and make updates to customer info as needed
• Post payments to customer accounts (ACH, wire, check, etc.)
• Following up with customers concerning payment issues or missed or late payments
• Preparing monthly statements

Qualifications:

• Associate's/Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred
• 1-2+ years of Billing experience, preferably outside of hospital/healthcare
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to solve problems quickly
• Interpersonal communication skills are a must for this role
• Attention to detail
