Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are looking for a Residential General Superintendent for work based out of Inman SC. You would be responsible for the coordination of the setting of high end premanufactured homes in the SC, NC, Tenn, and Va areas. Home every night. You would represent the company at the homesite to the home owner. Help create punch out lists and be able to do minimal repairs if needed to avoid sending a crew to the site. Coordinate all contractors at the sites. You will be given a company truck, laptop, gas card and other tools as needed. Must be clean cut and represent the company in a professional matter.
