Salary: $120,000+
Taylor Management Company is seeking an experienced, polished, and service-focused Luxury High-Rise Property Manager to oversee operations at one of our premier residential communities in Hoboken.
This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned professional who understands the expectations of luxury living and is committed to service excellence, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance. You will serve as the primary liaison to the Board, residents, and vendors while upholding the highest standards for building operations and resident satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
• Lead day-to-day operations of a luxury high-rise residential community
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and Board members
• Supervise onsite staff and vendors to ensure top-tier service delivery
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and capital projects
• Maintain property standards, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Foster a positive, professional community environment
What We’re Looking For
• Luxury high-rise or Class A residential management experience required
• CMCA designation required (additional certifications a plus)
• Budgeting and financial reporting expertise
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset
• Established professional presence on LinkedIn, demonstrating relevant experience and career progression

- Previous experience as a Property Manager
- CMCA
- Strong understanding of property management regulations and local housing laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
