Case Manager - Lava Heights Academy

Pay: $20 per hour.

What you will do: As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for administrating, developing and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on their case load. Depending on location, the Case Manager reports to the Director of Student Services, Case Management Coordinator, Unit Manager, and/or Program Director.

 

To be considered you should: ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field ~ 2 to 5 years of experience in case management with youth and/or juvenile placement agencies ~ Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver.  Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

 

Schedule: Monday – Friday ~ 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
