Exterior Technician, Full-time

Duties include:

• Grounds maintenance and upkeep to maintain a clean environment and community
• Several tasks including:
  1. Clean up of trash and debris for property, breezeways and common areas
  2. Power Washing
  3. Brush removal
  4. Check exterior lighting
  5. Check pool and maintain a clean clubhouse
  6. Notify maintenance technicians of any needed repairs
• Other duties as necessary
• Hours:  Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help
• Focus and attention to great customer service
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation throughout work day required
• Must be drug free and maintain a clean appearance
• Must be felony free 
• Preferred: previous Groundskeeping experience
