Phoenix High School Additional Information: - High School cheer team experience.
- Rally coaching experience preferred.
- Knowledge of fundamentals and techniques of cheer.
- ASEP/NFHS certified or ability to become certified.
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification and other required trainings or willingness to obtain.
- Meet required driver's training for activity van usage.
- Must have a flexible work schedule to accommodate practices and matches.
- May be given to those candidates who hold a valid Oregon teaching license.
- May be given to those who are bilingual/biliterate in Spanish and English.

REPORTS TO: Athletic Director
SALARY: As determined by negotiated salary schedule and current memorandums of understanding with the collective bargaining unit.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Work collaboratively with the coaching team to support and guide student-athletes during practices, games, travel, and team activities. Contribute to the overall development and success of the program by actively participating in planning, decision-making, and implementation. Help foster a positive and disciplined team environment in alignment with PHS and program policies. Share responsibility for maintaining equipment, supplies, uniforms, game records, statistics, and other essential program documentation.
