Job Details:

Purpose

Assisting in the College of Pharmacy Learning Resource Center’s video conferencing program.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up video conferencing connections via Zoom
  • Controlling classroom cameras via a central control room
  • Maintaining proper audio levels for the classroom and video connections
  • Assist with in-room AV support (Powerpoint, doc cam, microphones, etc.)
  • Monitor lecture capture recordings 
  • Co-host duties on the Zoom call (muting participants, opening, sharing, etc.)

Required Qualifications

No qualifications required. Training will be provided.

Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Salary Range

Hourly rate at $12/hour

Working Conditions

Working conditions include walking and standing, interacting with faculty and students during classes, sitting for long period of times

Work Shift

Business hours: 8AM-5PM

Available time slots:

Monday: 7:30am - 11:00am
Tuesday: 9:00am - 12:00pm
Wednesday: 7:30am - 11:00am
