We are seeking a highly organized and proactive part-time Operations Administrative Assistant to oversee and manage office operations at four of our locations in Cincinnatti, OH. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee daily office functions, including facility maintenance and supply management.
● Monitor office space utilization and coordinate layout adjustments as needed.
● Support staff with administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation.
● Serve as a point of contact for facility-related inquiries and issues.
● Maintain office safety protocols and coordinate with maintenance staff as required.
● Prepare and maintain records for audits and compliance checks.
● Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
● Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in office administration or facility management.
● Strong organizational and communication skills.
● Ability to travel as needed.
● Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
● Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
