Our Vineyard studio needs aStudio Partner (Sales Manager)who can lead from the front. You will not be sitting behind a desk, you will be consulting with clients, closing high-value packages, and driving the revenue of the entire location.

• Youve sold high-ticket items before. You know how to build value, handle objections ("I need to think about it"), and close on the spot.
• You don't want a flat salary. You want a role where your performance puts more money directly into your pocket.
• You hate losing. You check the leaderboard before you check your email.
• You treat sales like a sport. You study the game (books, podcasts) and you want to be the #1 rep in the company.

What You Will Actually Do

• Every client who walks in is a sales opportunity. You will convert single-sessions into memberships.
• You are the "Captain" of the studio. You set the energy, manage the flow, and ensure every client leaves with a 5-star experience.
• You aren't just scanning barcodes. You are upselling products, locking in re-bookings, and generating referrals.
• We promote from within. Proven Junior Studio Partners often move into higher roles within 3-6 months.

Preferred Backgrounds (We hire from)

• High-Pressure Sales:Timeshare, Solar, Pest Control, or Alarm Sales.
• Membership Sales
• Project Management:Managers who are used to managing high-ticket invoices and customer expectations.

The Schedule

• Full-Time (Mon-Sat availability required).
• This is a retail sales environmentwe make money when people are off work. You must be willing to grind on Saturdays to hit your commission goals.
