Join our team as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a clinical team that values your skills while working in Bradenton, FL. Assist physicians and Cath Lab personnel in conducting diagnostic and interventional procedures and operate advanced equipment to capture images and data of the heart and vascular system.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist or equivalent credential.
- Cardiac Cath, CRM, and PV experience required.
- RCIS (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification from CCI preferred.
- Experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization and peripheral vascular procedures.
- Experience with device procedures such as pacers, ICDs, and TAVR preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (American Heart Association preferred).
- Experience using MacLab and Meditech EMR systems preferred.
- State licensure when required by Florida regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with advanced cath lab equipment: Shockwave, Laser, CSI, Penumbra, IABP, Impella, Rotoblator.
- Prior experience in a Level II trauma center or high-acuity hospital cath lab.
- EP/Ablation experience preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 07:00–17:30.
- Work pattern: Days.
- Unit has five procedure suites and typically a 1 patient to 3–4 staff ratio.
- May be required to work with an on-call crew for emergent cases.

Impacting the Quality of Care for Patients Nationwide
As a cath lab technologist on this team, you will support a Level II trauma center cardiac program providing diagnostic and interventional cath services, peripheral vascular procedures, device implantations, and EP/ABL cases. You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team including an experienced director, CNC, RNs, and tech staff, using contemporary cath lab technologies to improve patient outcomes.
