At WALCO Tool & Engineering, we build high precision components – and we rely on great people that take pride in quality and craftsmanship. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Assembler & Deburrer to join our team.

What You'll Do:

· Deburr and finish steel and plastic parts to meet blueprint and quality standards

· Assemble machined components accurately and efficiently

· Perform quality inspections and prepare finished products for shipment

What We're Looking for:

· Experience with hands-on, detail-driven work (metal polishing, woodworking, auto body)

· Ability to read and follow blueprints and mechanical instructions

· Strong organizational skills, reliability and ability to multitask

· Ability to physically lift/push/pull objects up to 40 lbs.

· Bonus – familiarity with packaging and shipping processes

Compensation and schedule:

· $19-21 per hour, based on experience

· 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
