Store Supervisor

Location: Harvard Square, Cambridge, USA

Start Date: February 1 st , 2026

End Date: October 31th, 2026 (can be extended)

Compensation:

o Wage: $18.50/ hour guaranteed

Responsibilities:

o Collaborate closely with the General Manager to maintain the overall look, feel, and quality of

the customer experience in their absence.

o Provide strong leadership in customer service.

o Maintain a high-quality, clean, and inviting service environment both inside and outside the

store.

o Adhere diligently to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

o Address and resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally.

o Manage store opening and closing procedures.

Ideal Candidate:

o Previous experience in retail or customer service within a fast-paced environment.

o Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

o Flexible working hours, with the ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

o Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.

o Ability to listen, learn, and follow direction from leadership.

o Reliable employment references.

o Commitment to maintaining good hygiene and a professional appearance.

o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
