Team Member - Rea Farms - Full-time / Part-time

We opened our second Charlotte area store last fall, this one located in the busy area of Rea Farms off of Providence Road and 485. With plans for several more additional locations in the near future, we are poised for growth!

We are looking for a few more great employees to grow our team as the busy season is coming soon! AM and PM shifts are available, even better if you can work either!

Team Member Requirements and Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing food in a timely, neatly, and accurate manner
• Following recipes accurately and maintaining Salata standards
• Committed to providing excellent service
• Can contribute to a positive teamwork environment
• Working both BOH and FOH operations
• Maintaining appropriate portion control and maintaining a Fresh, Full, and Fluffy line at all times
