**About the Role:** As aCBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems,and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering andTechnical Services job function. They are responsible for providingsupport,preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. **What You’llDo:** + Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs onmechanical, electrical, and other building systems. + Conduct routinemaintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. + Assistwith the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. + Review assignedwork orders and partner with available systems to track completion. + Supportenergy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently. + Inspectexisting installations for compliance with building codes and safetyregulations. + Use existingprocedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforwardinformation in a clear, concise manner. + Impact teamthrough defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail. + Deliverown output by following defined procedures and processes under closesupervision and guidance. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Tech. position is $47,840 annually [or $23.00 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Tech. position is $70,720 annually [or $34.00 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
