What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and identify storm-related damage.
- Educate customers on the insurance restoration process in a simple, honest way.
- Earn trust through transparent communication, clear expectations, and follow-through.
- Guide customers through contract signing, scheduling, and next steps.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
- Represent Aspen with professionalism, care, and a commitment to “doing the right thing.”
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal skills with a people-first mindset.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with resilience when challenges come up.
- Independent worker who can manage their own schedule effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Sales experience is helpful, but not required—we provide industry-leading training.
