We’re seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist who excels at sourcing top talent, enhancing the candidate experience, and supporting long-term workforce development. This role is ideal for someone who brings creativity, insight, and relationship-driven‐ leadership to every stage of the talent journey.
What You’ll Do:
Recruiting Strategy & Talent Attraction
- Design and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract high quality candidates.
- Proactively source both active and passive talent across multiple channels, while maintaining a forward-looking talent pipeline.
- Leverage labor market insights and data analytics to continually improve hiring outcomes.
Candidate Experience & Hiring Execution
- Lead the full candidate lifecycle—from initial outreach to offer acceptance—ensuring a positive and consistent experience.
- Manage resume reviews, candidate outreach, interview coordination, offer development, compensation negotiation, and onboarding participation.
Manager & Organizational Partnership
- Partner closely with organizational leaders to deeply understand position needs and align hiring strategies.
- Serve as a culture champion, ensuring every hire aligns with our mission, values, and long-term‐ organizational goals.
Employee Growth & Talent Development
- Advise employees one-on-one regarding career pathing, succession planning, and professional development opportunities.
- Support enterprise-wide talent review initiatives, including career progression and succession planning frameworks.
HR Team Collaboration
- Contribute to broader HR processes and provide backup support as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership.
- Strong strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Commitment to building an inclusive, high performing workforce.
- Experience designing or supporting career pathing and succession planning programs.
- Proficiency in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating talent.
- Knowledge of HR processes, hiring trends, and applicant tracking practices.
- Ability to prepare job offers, negotiate employment terms, and guide smooth onboarding experiences.
- A caring and supportive interpersonal approach.

Schedule
This is a full-time, in office position structured over a 40-hour workweek across four extended days and a half day on Fridays.
