Shipping Material Handler

Körber Pharma Packaging Materials (Formerly Rondo-Pak LLC); A global leader of high-quality folding cartons and literature for the pharmaceutical industry is in search of an experienced Shipping Material Handler who is interested in advancement and has goals to eventually move up in the shipping/receiving department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare loads by wrapping and banding, stage, and inspect outbound shipments, ensuring correct labeling, documentation, and packaging per regulatory and customer requirements.

- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.

- Coordinate timing of material movement for incoming and outgoing shipments with Shipping/Receiving Clerk to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with cGMP requirements.

- Movement of paper waste, to staging and loading into recycling trailer.

- Receipt of materials: verify and document receipt of materials and components in accordance with established procedures.

- Support material handling for production and returns, maintaining proper segregation of status-labeled materials (e.g., Quarantine, Released, Rejected).

- Promote and uphold site safety, quality, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical, food, or regulated manufacturing environment.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus – must be able to read, write, and speak both languages effectively.

- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

- Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain one.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
