About this job
JOB SUMMARY
This is not your typical Executive Assistant role. The Executive Assistant is the right hand to the Chief Impact Officer (CIO), a trusted thought partner, master organizer, problem-solver, and occasional calm-in-the-storm for a very busy executive leading high-impact, community-focused work. You must be someone who loves lists and people, can juggle a packed calendar without breaking a sweat, and brings a positive, “we’ve got this” energy to everything you touch. You must thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and care about mission-driven work that truly makes a difference. You’re proactive, organized, resourceful, and fun to work with, someone who sees what needs to be done and just…does it.
