Warehouse Team Lead

1st shift: 6:30 AM – 3:15 PM (Monday-Friday)

Pay Rate: Starts from $22/hr.

Real impact.  You’ll be fully empowered to lead the department with a hands-on approach.  You’ll assist with decisions on best sales potential among our highly rated platforms:  eCommerce, retail and our own auctions.

Ex-retail.  Tired of the long hours/weekends and difficult customers?  Leverage your retail knowledge (desirable but not a must) to partner with our retail team. 

Supportive team.  There’s plenty of experience to help you get up to speed.  We don’t expect you to know it all day one.  Your department has talented associates and the management team works great together.

• Food / Health & Beauty- Coffee, cereals, snacks, supplements, bath and body, hair and skin care, makeup

What you’ll be doing

• Active: On the warehouse floor about 90% of time
• Monitor: Analyze listing data and identify areas for improvements 
• Kickoff: Motivate associates to achieve productivity goals and provide feedback
• Right-hand: For Department Manager, e.g., team performance and operational issues

• Experience: 2+ years in Team Lead level leadership role
• Trainer.  Convey knowledge in user-friendly manner

• Initiate. Collaborate with other teams to help innovate processes

About Cargo Largo

We're an industry leader in monetizing new, unclaimed/excess inventory for premier U.S. companies.  We sell this inventory in our well-known, local retail store (10,000+ transactions/week), on-site bid sale (1,400+ bid lots/week), and online via eBay (3,300+ listings/week).

We’ll process over 1M unique SKUs each year arriving in 40-60 trailer loads per week.  The variety is amazing ranging from consumer items (clothing, laptops, designer pursues) to commercial (rooftop air conditioners, restaurant ovens, airplane parts).
