Groundskeeper - Full Time - Full-time

What You Will Be Doing 

Servis Group is currently hiring a groundskeeper to join our team. Your primary responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and safety of outdoor areas. Trash disposal, lawn care, and snow removal are regular functions of this role. The ideal candidate will be flexible with their schedule, have a valid driver's license, and have previous groundskeeping experience. 

This position is supporting an entire school district with multiple sites. Candidates will need to successfully pass a background check, motor vehicle report, drug screen, and fingerprinting.  

Groundskeeper Responsibilities 

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Remove litter and ensure safe conditions.
• Empty trash bins, sweep sidewalks, andmaintainoverall cleanliness of outdoor areas. 
• Operate andmaintainvarious tools and equipment, including azero-turn mower and weed whip. 
• Snow removal and salting of walkways to ensure a safe walking environment. 
• Perform other tasks, as assigned bysupervisor.

Groundskeeper Requirements 

• 1+ year(s) of groundskeeping experience. (preferred) 
• A valid, unexpired driver’s license. (required) 
• Able tooperatea motor vehicle andzero turn mower. 
• Professional presentation and attitude.
• Able tomaintainfocus while working individually.

• Able tolift upto 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. 
• Able to work outside for extended periods of time. 
• Able to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and fingerprintingin accordance withlocal laws and regulations. 
• Authorized to work in the U.S. –  We Use E-Verify
