Location: 1603 Court Street, Syracuse, NY 13208
Pay Rate: $18-$20 Hourly
Schedule: Monday � Friday: 8:00 a.m. � 4:00 p.m.

Our focus is supporting individuals by ways of residential housing, mental health and clinical services, and immersing our participants in community engagement. Working closely with the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and the Office of Mental Health, we support 27 housing locations and 3 administrative buildings.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive employee to provide administrative support to the Critical Time Transition Program
Responsibilities include:
- Schedule staff appointments, including: evaluations, on-going therapy services, make-up appointments, follow-up appointments, and vacation coverage for staff; enter all scheduled appointments into calendar and notify staff of scheduled appointments
- Send appointment confirmation emails and make reminder phone calls, as needed
- Track visits in system and advise case managers, clinicians and designated intake staff by email when progress reports are due
- Monitor proper functioning of office equipment; assist staff with office equipment
- Mail/scan/fax documents and correspondence to participants, families, caregivers, physicians, care managers in a timely manner, as requested by supervisor
- Implement and maintain archive system for participant records
- Prepare reports and billing as requested by supervisor
- Reconcile attendance, billing, and service notes, to ensure completion and timeliness
- Provide person-centered, quality, services
- Observe confidentiality and safeguards regarding all participant related information
- Follow Agency standards and procedures
- Perform Other Duties as Assigned
Education & Experience
High school diploma/GED, required. Must be able to independently perform standard administrative assistant duties. Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management skills required. Good written and verbal skills required.
Conditions of Employment
Must have a valid NYS Driver License in accordance with the Agency Vehicle and Driving policy and transportation necessary to meet program needs.
