G&D Integrated is hiring CDL A local shuttle drivers in Bloomington/Normal, IL that will be home daily! Drivers will be primarily shuttling trailers within 10 miles of customer location & also jockeying trailers within the customer's yard. Compensation

• Average annual pay range: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00
  • Top drivers earn $90,000+
• Starting pay is based on experience
• Drivers have plenty of work opportunities to increase their pay
  • Hourly pay range: $20 - $22
  • Average weekly hours: 50-55
  • Overtime pay after 50 hours
  • Shift differential pay if working the off shift
• Bonuses:
  • $2,000 Driver referral bonus: Paid $1,000 at hire, and $1,000 at 6 months employed
  • $100 Driver lead referral bonus for qualified drivers
  • Up to $650 Quarterly incentive bonus
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home Time: Home daily & home weekends!
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Occasional weekend work based off customer demand
• Shift: Multiple shifts available
• Route: Shuttling trailers within 10 miles of customer location in Normal, IL & jockeying trailers within the customer's yard.
• Level of Touch: No touch freight

Equipment

• 2023 & Newer Freightliner trucks
  • 2-3 year replacement cycle
• Yard jockey trucks
• All trucks are automatic transmission
• ELD equipped with Samsara system
• Forward facing camera

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Some CDL driving experience preferred
• No more than two moving violations in the past 24 months
• No more than two or more preventable/at fault accidents in the past 24 months in any vehicle
• No more than one DOT preventable/at fault accident in the past 24 months in a CMV
• No DUI/DWIs or license suspensions in last 3 years
• No reckless driving convictions in any vehicle within the previous 24 months
• No failures or refusals of drug/alcohol tests
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Drivers must be able & willing to commute daily to Bloomington/Normal, IL
