Your Responsibilities:

• Personal Care, Bathing/Grooming
• Medication Reminders
• Meal Prep, Light Housekeeping, Transferring Assistance
• Ambulation
• Safety and Fall Protection
• Companionship
• Transportation
• Reporting changes in condition

REQUIRED Qualifications:

• CNA licensed in Florida or Certified HHA
• Valid CPR certification with BLS (BASIC LIFE SUPPORT)
• *Level 2 Background Screen eligible
• Certificates: Alzheimer's/Dementia, HIV, and Assistance with Self Administration of Medication 2 hours each)
• Additional Certificate: Department of Elder Affair ADRD
• Proven home care experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to use electronic devices independently
